Authorize the Registrar of Voters to sign the attached agreement between the California Secretary of State and the Del Norte County Elections Department to provide Del Norte County with federal reimbursement funds in the amount of $108,324.38, to comply with the requirements of the "HAVA Polling Place Accessibility Training Program", as requested by the Registrar of Voters.** Approved. Approve and Authorize the County Engineer to execute a task order with Consor, under the existing master agreement, for pedestrian crossing studies at three locations on Northcrest Drive at the following cross streets: Madison Avenue, Hoover Avenue, and Coolidge Avenue; the study shall be performed on a time and material basis with a not-to exceed amount of $60,000.00 as recommended by the County Engineer.** Approved.
